How to apply to the Graduate Certificate in Electric Drivetrain Technology

These are the steps for applying to the Graduate Certificate in Electric Drivetrain Technology program. You must complete all the following steps, even though some appear redundant (the different campuses of the University of Colorado system have different paperwork requirements).

  • CU-Boulder specific enrollment steps.
    • You will need to be admitted as either a CU-Boulder degree-seeking student or a non-degree-seeking student in order to take classes from CU-Boulder. The details for how to enroll in the correct way change more frequently than we are able to keep up. You are advised to contact Mr. Adam Sadoff for the correct procedure to follow at this point in time.
  • UCCS specific application steps.
    1. Navigate to graduate application. Select the "All Graduate Students" option.
    2. On page 2 of the application, first select "Non-Degree Graduate Course of Study Certificates" under the "Select the Degree Program" input item.
    3. Then, select "Electric Drivetrain Technology" under the "Select the Program Concentration" input item.
    4. The $50.00 application fee can be paid online.
    5. Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive instructions on how to enroll for courses.

Prior to the semester of graduation, you must also complete a "request for certificate" form. Upon satisfactory completion of all requirements, you will receive a certificate signed by both UCCS and CU-Boulder.
