Sample Schedules

The following tables give some sample schedules for the graduate certificate and MSEE programs. These are not the only posibilities, but are provided for your planning purposes. Note that the coursework is challenging and at the graduate level. You should expect to spend on the order of 15 hours per week, per course, in addition to lecture time, to master the course content.

MSEE Emphasis Area in Vehicle Power Electronics (CU-Boulder)

The students who enroll in the MSEE program with emphasis in Vehicle Power Electronics at CU-Boulder should follow the CU-Boulder Graduate Study Guide. The MSEE Degree requirements, which typically take two years to complete, include a minimum of 30 credit hours, with two plans available: a Thesis plan, and a coursework-only plan. The selection of courses and the schedule are done individually in consultation with an Academic Advisor.
